> Add the BusinessLoanBroker.ai MCP server to Cursor or VS Code with a short mcp.json entry, sign in with OAuth, and use the agent to run a business loan application.

Cursor and VS Code read remote MCP servers from an mcp.json file. Add the entry below, reload, and complete the OAuth sign in on first use.

## Key facts
- **Config:** mcp.json (project or user level)
- **Transport:** Streamable HTTP
- **Sign in:** OAuth prompt on first tool use

## What goes in mcp.json?

```
`{ "mcpServers": { "businessloanbroker": { "url": "https://mcp.businessloanbroker.ai/mcp" } } }`
```

In Cursor, open Settings, MCP, and add the server there or edit the file directly. In VS Code, add it to `.vscode/mcp.json` or your user settings under the MCP servers section, using the `"type": "http"` form if your version asks for it.

## What is a good first test?

Ask the agent to list the tools and read the application contract. Then upload a sample bank statement and run autofill. Stop before submission. The [workflow](https://businessloanbroker.ai/agents/workflow/) explains the full sequence.

## Questions and answers
**Which editors are supported?**

Any that supports remote HTTP MCP servers: Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, Zed and others with the equivalent configuration.
