## Accounts and access

**Does the owner need an account?** Yes, a free business account created during OAuth sign in. **Can I create it for them?** No; the owner completes sign in so consent is theirs. **Several businesses?** One token per business. **Brokers?** Not here; brokers use Levr's broker MCP through levr.ai.

## Doing the work

**What is irreversible?** Only submission. **What needs confirmation?** Lender selection and submission. **Can I run matching on an incomplete file?** Yes, for an early read. **How long do autofill and match runs take?** Usually under a minute; poll the get tool. **What file types?** PDF and common image formats.

## After submission

**How do I know an offer arrived?** Poll deals or subscribe to webhooks through the API. **Can I accept an offer?** No; the owner signs with the lender. **Declines?** Read the reason on the deal, explain it, and check other products. **Stips?** Relay the same day; they are the main cause of stalls.

## Limits and scope

**Countries?** United States and Canada. **Personal loans?** No. **Credit decisions?** Never; the server does not imply approval. **Rate limits?** Per business, above normal session use, with structured errors. **Cost?** None to the business or the agent.
