> An MCP server that lets any AI assistant apply for a business loan for a business. Free for the business, powered by Levr, works in any MCP client.

Today we are releasing an MCP server that lets any AI assistant apply for a business loan on behalf of a business. It is free for the business, it is powered by Levr, and it works in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. Connect it, give your assistant a task, and it can take the application from documents to submitted file.

## Key facts
- **Available in:** Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and any MCP client
- **Who it is for:** Business accounts only. Brokers use Levr
- **Security:** OAuth sign in, scoped access, every submission needs your consent

## What is it?

It is a server that speaks MCP, the open standard assistants use to connect to outside tools, and it exposes the BusinessLoanBroker.ai application as a set of tools an agent can call. Your assistant can upload documents, read the financials out of them, fill in the application, check whether it is ready, match lenders across every category, submit with your consent and track the offers that come back.

Underneath, it is the same application and lender matching that business loan brokers use on Levr, which has worked on more than 5,000 business loans. We did not build a lighter version for agents; we opened the professional one. The [server page](https://businessloanbroker.ai/agents/mcp/) has the connection details, and [agents/tools](https://businessloanbroker.ai/agents/tools/) lists every tool with its inputs and outputs.

## Which assistants work with it?

Any client that supports MCP. We have written setup pages for the ones most businesses use: [Claude](https://businessloanbroker.ai/agents/claude/), [ChatGPT](https://businessloanbroker.ai/agents/chatgpt/), [Gemini](https://businessloanbroker.ai/agents/gemini/) and [Grok](https://businessloanbroker.ai/agents/grok/). For owners and finance teams who work in developer tools, there are pages for [Claude Code](https://businessloanbroker.ai/agents/claude-code/) and [Cursor](https://businessloanbroker.ai/agents/cursor/), and Codex connects the same way.

The tools are identical across clients. What differs is how each assistant handles files, how it asks for OAuth consent, and how it shows you the application before submission. Our [comparison page](https://businessloanbroker.ai/agents/compare/) sets those differences side by side so you can pick the one you already use.

## What can an agent do?

Seven things, in the order a real application happens:

- Collect documents: bank statements, tax returns, financial statements, formation documents and ID.
- Extract financials: revenue, deposits, balances, debt payments and the figures lenders calculate from them, like DSCR.
- Fill the application: every field, from the business profile to the use of funds.
- Check readiness: what is missing, what is inconsistent, and what lenders will typically ask about.
- Match lenders: across SBA, term loans, lines of credit, equipment, factoring, cash advances, revenue based financing, real estate and more.
- Submit with consent: nothing goes to a lender until you approve.
- Track offers: read, compare and explain what comes back.
The [workflow page](https://businessloanbroker.ai/agents/workflow/) shows how these fit together, including where the agent should stop and ask you.

## Who is it for?

Business accounts only. The server is for a business applying for its own financing, whether the owner is driving the assistant or a finance lead is. It does not handle personal loans, and it is not for brokers. Brokers who want to connect their own AI tools to place deals for clients use Levr directly, which has its own MCP server and API for that purpose. Our [page for brokers](https://businessloanbroker.ai/for-brokers/) explains the difference.

It is also for the assistants themselves. Every page on this site is written so an agent can lift a section as a correct answer, and the [eligibility page](https://businessloanbroker.ai/agents/eligibility/) gives agents the typical thresholds lenders use so they can set expectations honestly.

## How is it secured?

Through OAuth. When your assistant connects, you sign in to your own BusinessLoanBroker.ai account and approve what it may do. The assistant receives a scoped token, never your password, and you can revoke it at any time from your account. Revoking it stops the assistant immediately without touching your application.

Submission to lenders is a separate consent step that the agent cannot skip. Your application is shared only with lenders you are matched with, after you approve, and it is never sold as a lead. Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. The [agent security page](https://businessloanbroker.ai/agents/security/) lists the scopes and what each allows, and our [security page](https://businessloanbroker.ai/security/) covers data handling for the whole service.

## How do you connect in three steps?

First, add the server. Open your assistant's connector or MCP settings and add the server URL shown on the [MCP server page](https://businessloanbroker.ai/agents/mcp/). Second, sign in. Your assistant will open an OAuth screen; sign in to your BusinessLoanBroker.ai account, or create one, and approve the access. Third, give it a task. Tell it what your business is, what you need and what to do, and share your documents when it asks.

That is the whole setup. The assistant pages linked above show the exact clicks for each client, and the [prompts page](https://businessloanbroker.ai/agents/prompts/) has tasks you can paste as a starting point.

## What happens after your agent submits?

Lenders underwrite the application the same way they always have. They review the documents, run credit, calculate cash flow, and come back with an offer, a request for more information, or a decline. Your agent can watch for those, fetch the terms, and explain them against our glossary, and you decide which offer to take.

Timelines are typical by lender type: hours to days for online lenders, weeks for banks, longer for SBA and real estate. Our guide on [what happens after you submit](https://businessloanbroker.ai/guides/what-happens-after-you-submit/) covers each stage.

## What does it cost?

Nothing for the business. There is no fee to connect, no fee to apply, no fee to receive offers and no fee to accept one. Lenders pay us when a loan funds, and we are paid the same whichever lender you choose, so neither we nor your assistant has a reason to steer you. The full explanation is on [how we make money](https://businessloanbroker.ai/how-we-make-money/). If you are ready, start at the [agents hub](https://businessloanbroker.ai/agents/).

## Questions and answers
**Do I need to be technical to use the MCP server?**

No. Adding a server in Claude or ChatGPT is a settings screen and a sign in, and the assistant pages show the exact steps. Developer tools like Claude Code and Cursor need a line of configuration, given on their pages.

**Can my agent submit to lenders without me?**

No. Submission is a consent step inside the application that the agent cannot bypass. It can prepare everything and recommend, but you approve before any lender receives your file.

**Can brokers use this server for their clients?**

No. This server is for business accounts applying for their own financing. Brokers use Levr, which has its own MCP server and API built for placing deals on behalf of clients.
