Lenders price their offers on your file, not on our fee; the rate and terms you see are the lender's own, and you can compare them against any offer you get elsewhere. **Is there a paid tier?**

No. Everything on this site and in the application is free for businesses. Brokers and lenders use Levr under their own terms; that side is also free for brokers.

**Will a lender charge me because you were paid?**

Lenders price on your file. Their fee to us is a cost of acquiring the loan, the same as paying a broker, and you can compare any offer here against one you get directly.

**Do I pay if I use my AI assistant to apply?**

No. The MCP connection is free. Your assistant provider may have its own subscription, which is separate from us.
