These terms govern your use of BusinessLoanBroker.ai, including the website, the application, the AI assistant connection (MCP) and the API. By using the service you agree to them. The service is operated by Levr Technologies USA Inc. in the United States and Levr Technologies Inc. in Canada.

## What the service is and is not

The service helps a business prepare a financing application, match it with lenders and submit it with the business's approval. We are not a lender, do not make credit decisions and do not guarantee that any lender will make an offer. Offers, rates, fees and terms come from lenders and are governed by their agreements with you. The service is for businesses only and may not be used for personal, family or household credit.

## Accounts and authority

You must be authorized to act for the business you register. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide and for keeping your login secure. You may connect AI assistants or other clients through OAuth; actions they take with your token are your actions, and you can revoke them at any time.

## Fees

We do not charge businesses for the service. We are compensated by lenders when a loan funds, as described at how we make money. Any fees a lender charges are disclosed in that lender's offer.

## Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, impersonate another business, use the service for personal loans, attempt to access another account's data, interfere with the service, or use automated access beyond the published MCP and API. Brokers and lenders must use Levr's broker and lender services at levr.ai rather than business accounts.

## Intellectual property and data

We own the service and its content. You own your documents and information and grant us the license needed to provide the service, including sharing with lenders you approve. Aggregated, de identified data may be used to improve the service and to publish industry insights that do not identify you.

## Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. Estimates, calculators, typical ranges and match results are informational and not offers or advice. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 and the amount, if any, you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

## Termination, governing law and changes

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. For US users these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware; for Canadian users, the laws of British Columbia. We may update these terms and will post the new effective date; continued use means acceptance.
