Report someone using our name

If you receive a call, email or message claiming to be BusinessLoanBroker.ai or Levr that asks for a fee, a password, or money of any kind, it is not us. We never charge businesses and never ask for banking passwords. Forward it to [email protected] with the sender's address and we will act on it. The verify page lists the only domains we use.

How do you get help with an application?

Email from the address on your account and tell us what you are stuck on, including the business name and, for an offer, which lender it came from. Our application FAQ answers the most common questions, and what happens after you submit covers timelines.

How do lenders and partners reach us?

Email with Lender or Partner at the start of the subject line, and tell us what you fund or what you do. Brokers should start on our page for brokers, since the platform brokers use is Levr rather than this site.

How do you reach us for press?

Email with Press at the start of the subject line. We can provide boilerplate, comment, and anonymized data on business loan applications. What we can and cannot share is on our press and data page.

What should you not send by email?

Bank statements, tax returns or ID. Upload documents inside your application, or share them with an AI assistant you connected yourself through our MCP server. If someone contacts you in our name asking for documents or a fee by email, it is not us; our scams guide explains what to do.
