We are not a lender

BusinessLoanBroker.ai takes your application and shares it with lenders you are matched with. We do not lend money, we do not approve or decline applications, and we do not set the rate, term, fees or conditions of any loan. Each lender makes its own credit decision under its own policies and the laws that apply to it. Read how it works for what we do and do not do at each step.

Rates, terms and estimates

Every rate, amount, term, fee and timeline on this site is a typical range drawn from the market, labelled as such, and given to help you compare products. None of it is an offer, a quote or a promise of what you will receive. Your actual terms depend on the lender, your business and your credit, and can be better or worse than the ranges shown. Our calculators are estimates built on the inputs you enter and the same typical ranges.

AI assistant results

If you use an AI assistant to prepare or submit an application through our MCP server, its output depends on the information and documents you provide. An assistant can misread a document or make a wrong assumption, so review what it has filled in before you approve a submission. Lenders underwrite the application itself, not the assistant's summary of it. See the agents hub for what assistants can and cannot do.

How your application is shared

Your application and documents are shared only with lenders you are matched with, and only after you approve the submission. We do not sell your application as a lead. Our security page and privacy policy describe how your data is handled in full.

Who operates the service

Levr Technologies USA Inc. operates BusinessLoanBroker.ai in the United States. Levr Technologies Inc. operates it in Canada. The service is free to the business; lenders pay us when a loan funds, as described on how we make money. Use of the site is subject to our terms.
