Levr Technologies USA Inc. operates it in the United States and Levr Technologies Inc. in Canada. The company was founded in Vancouver in 2021 by a team that launched Canada's first AI powered loan marketplace in 2023. Kaylan Pepin, a CPA and CMA, is co founder and CEO. What is the track record?

Levr has worked on 5,000+ business loans across its lender network. In October 2023 it reported more than 1,000 small businesses on the platform. Today several hundred business loan brokers run their deals on it; the live count is on the levr.ai homepage. Named broker and business stories are at customer stories, and the lenders on the network are listed in the lender directory.

How do you confirm a message or a site is really us?

  • We only use these domains: businessloanbroker.ai, apply.businessloanbroker.ai, mcp.businessloanbroker.ai and levr.ai (with portal.levr.ai and apply.levr.ai for the Levr brand). Anything else using our name is not us.
  • Email from us comes from an address ending in @businessloanbroker.ai or @levr.ai. Check the full address, not the display name.
  • We never ask for an application fee, a processing fee, a "funding release" fee, gift cards or crypto. Anyone asking for money up front in our name is a scammer. See spotting loan scams.
  • We never ask for your online banking password. Documents are uploaded in your account or shared with your AI assistant; we do not log in to your bank.
  • Our AI assistant connection uses OAuth sign in on our domain. A connector that asks you to paste a password into the chat is not ours.
  • If you are unsure, stop and contact us through this site before sending anything.
