What we collect

Information you give us: business details, owner and guarantor details, financial documents and application answers. Information generated by the service: match results, lender communications, offer terms, activity logs including actions taken by a connected AI assistant. Technical information: device, browser, pages viewed and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

To prepare and submit your application to the lenders you approve, to show you matches and offers, to support you, to operate and secure the service, to meet legal and lender record keeping obligations, and to improve the service using aggregated and de identified data. We do not sell your personal information and we do not sell or auction your application as a lead.

Who we share it with

Lenders you select and approve for submission, who use it to underwrite and are bound by their own privacy obligations. Service providers who help us run the service (hosting, document processing, identity verification, communications) under contracts that restrict their use of your data. AI assistant providers only to the extent you connect an assistant and it requests data on your behalf through your authorized session. Authorities where the law requires it.

AI assistants and connected clients

When you connect an AI assistant through OAuth, it receives an access token limited to the scopes you approve and to one business. It can read and change your application and, with the submit scope and your confirmation, submit it. You can revoke a connected client at any time from your account settings or from the assistant's own settings. The assistant provider's handling of the conversation is governed by that provider's policy.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to staff who need it to support you. We keep application data while your account is open and for the period required by lenders and applicable law after a loan funds; you can delete documents and close your account. Your choices and rights

You can access, correct and delete your information, export it, revoke connected clients, and opt out of marketing. Residents of California, Canada and other jurisdictions have additional rights under local law, which we honor. Contact [email protected] to exercise any of them.
