What does Clearco offer?
Clearco offers revenue based financing sized to your sales, a merchant cash advance structure, and invoice funding that pays specific supplier or marketing invoices. Repayment is a capped weekly amount over four, five or six months, or a rolling capacity you can keep drawing on, and there is no penalty for paying early. Security is limited to an interest in the receivables it buys, with no personal guarantee or blanket lien. Its website is clear.co. Clearco publishes more than $3 billion deployed to over 10,000 businesses, as a company figure.
Who does Clearco fund, and who do they decline?
Clearco funds US incorporated ecommerce and SaaS brands with a US business bank account, $100,000 or more in monthly revenue, and ideally 12 or more months of trading. Apparel, food and beverage and beauty are typical categories.
Who it declines follows from those rules: a business incorporated outside the US, under $100,000 a month, or under a year old is outside the stated criteria, even though the company itself is Canadian. A smaller online brand should compare Wayflyer, which starts far lower. Offline retailers and service businesses are not the target.
What does it typically cost and how fast is it?
Clearco does not publish rates; the cost is a fixed fee quoted per file on top of the amount advanced. Because repayment runs only four to six months, a modest looking fee can be a high annual rate, so convert it with our APR versus factor rate guide and compare with the typical range on the revenue based financing page. There is no early payment penalty, but paying early does not reduce the fee. Funding speed is not published.

Clearco connects to your data rather than reading PDFs: expect to link your store platform, payment processor, ad accounts and business bank account, and to provide incorporation documents and owner ID. Our document checklist covers the standard set if you prefer to upload once and reuse it.
How does Clearco compare with similar lenders?
Wayflyer funds consumer brands from $5,000 to $20 million with revenue based remittance over three to nine months and a published guidance of $10,000 in monthly sales, so it reaches much smaller brands. Uncapped offers term loans, a line and a cash advance from $10,000 to $10 million to ecommerce and Amazon sellers, generally above $100,000 a month, with no personal guarantee. Clearco's distinct features are the capped weekly payment and the rolling capacity for repeat funding.
